On Dec 15 took Cjristmas package to Langley BC Purolator to mail to Kelowna BC. Assumed I would send by air because of recent road issues in BC, but clerk assured me all highways were moving annd package would arrive by ground in one day. After 5 days did not arrive. It had been sitting in Vancouver. I called customer service and they started investigation What a joke! Parcel went to Calgary and now Toronto for 6 days. This company has no way to trace track or retrieve anything. Customer service has been back and forth with all kinds of apologies but has no power or access to find anything. Now it is Jan 3 and no one cares!!!! My family ( little grandchild) did not receive her gifts for Christmas! I am worried that internal theft is happening. I will never trust this company again! Very disappointing!

Worst ever service. I am expecting a package since 25th december. Their website does not even give location of the parcel. Looks like they do not bother to look at the reviews and improve.

Not even the customer service was able to track my parcel! Then looking on the Purolator tracking, I saw that they tried to deliver, but “the receiver was not available “??!!! I was at home all day with the phone right beside me! This is not the first time this happened. And by the way if they were actually here, why didn’t they leave a notice??? So many lies! It was also said they will delivery the next day! What a joke! Very disappointed with this company. If I could give them minus 5 stars, I would

Worst company ever! Driver not capable to find main entrance of my apartment block, didn't leave a note , never called, just left...parcel will now be probably 5 days late due to New Years! Every single time, driver cannot walk 5 steps to see main entrance!! Unbelievable!!!

They had a package that was , too big to deliver from Amazon. They said they would contact me immediately, I waited 3 days no contact.

Paid expedited pricing for my shipment and I still haven’t received it and it’s a week late. All correct on the address side but for some reason purolator says it has the wrong address even though I double checked with the seller and we both have the correct address for my item. Unbelievable

Never delivers to my door. Have to pick up 8 km away at the Purolator office. Amazon should stop doing business with them. The last thing I ordered was an extra large dog crate but I can’t lift it. That’s why I ordered it from Amazon so that it would be delivered to my door. But it’s not.

Placed order Dec 23. No update since the 24th, it just says shipping label printed. Parcel is only 2hrs drive away, should have picked it up myself.

We sent a birthday/Christmas package to my son on December 20, paid for express delivery to arrive before my sons birthday on the 23. It’s the 28th and the package is still not delivered. This is the worst service I have ever received. Canada post delivered his package to me in a few days. This is ridiculous

I left 2 parcels at Purolator in Penticton BC December 24. Anticipated delivery date December 29. Tracking numbers say both were accepted. Moving to follow the route says tracking number cannot be found. Little white truck sits in city of acceptance. Not happy.

Did not arrive when said it would - Christmas Eve. The Christmas gifts came 4 days after Christmas! Horribly disappointed and gifts after the fact diminishes the whole feeling of opening a gift with meaning and sentiment behind it. It really ruined the whole thing! Now you want a rating? There’s not an option for zero stars!

If lower than 1 star was possible, that would be rating. They are terrible at delivering on time and the driver in my postal code consistently pretends to deliver the package and says no one is home. No notice if left and we have a surveillance system that shows no attempted delivery. This is not an isolated incident. It happens regularly and even when you pick up your item the clerks admit that some drivers do this to cut their shift short. I have called and spent hours trying to re-ship my packages that I’ve paid for delivery. The managers are of no help and have zero customer service skills. I’m always promised a follow up and never received one and when I specified I wanted a supervisor or manage to call too. The lack of customer service and poor training starts at the top and follows down to it’s drivers.
