Sent a package Dec 14 express now Dec 24 and still don't know where it is .Was a 600 km trip. No faith in puralator even if it was a 3 Rd parties fault .So I was told ???

You have to introduce phone or message customer system in case you experience problems to find the place .Easy for both parties to avoid unnecessary delays.That is the best way .They call customers even in so called third world countries.Why not here?A phone call is cheaper than driving to the same place again and again for the company.Frustrating experience due to unnecessary delay of important documents.

It bad in today's world with the electronics that are available for tracking. that the following happened. I order a packaged off Amazon, the package originated in Ottawa Ontario and it from there to Montreal and from there to Moncton New Brunswick and I live in St. George which is only 3 hours away but Purolator for some sent the package to Toronto Ontario unbelievable. Good thing I wasn't charged for shipping cost, purolator should update their system

Worse service ever. Been waiting for package from sister since 13th. Supposed to go from Ontario to Kentucky. I can drive it in 10 hours. Been just sitting in one place. Tracking useless. Would give it zero if possible. Made my sisters Christmas extra stressful worrying over this.Thanks a lot.

Your agents are rediculous. They never calls the contact number of the recepient and just leave a notice on the door saying receiver in unavailable. Then the next day they will say the address is bad, address needs correction. Com'on purolator please teach yoir agent to be honest and not lie.
