Purolator Canada reviews

Purolater continue to accept packages even though they say they have no idea when they can deliver because of natural disasters in BC. Strangely, other couriers don't appear to have this problem. Other couriers are also happy to deliver to my address - Purolator insists I collect from their office 20km away.

purolator was supposed to deliver 4 large boxes -preassembled bar stools from the Bay. purolator called to say they won't deliver them due to weather...it was 16 C that day NO SNOW. today im tracking a computer stand ordered on amazon prime. tracking said purolator bracebridge has contacted the customer for pick up on 3 separate occasions - false. i have received 0 notice. Should have arrived on dec 13 it is now Dec 21.!!! worst service ever.

My parcel has been stuck in a consolidation center in Winnipeg for 2 weeks. Its supposed to be a xmas present. Really upset. The first package, ordered at the same time arrived on time delivered by FedEx

Never received my package despite calling them 4 times

Terrible service, Ontario could not find address, parcel sent on Thursday Dec 16th, still no notification on arrival as of Mon Dec 20th, UPS has delivered to door as has Purolator. Notice to clarify address recieved Friday but response not acknowledged from Purolator until Mon Dec 20th.

Wrong tracking information and waiting an hour on the phone to talk to a human being. No notes was left on my door to tell me where to go pick up my package

7 days, parcel is STILL being sorted???

Slow and unreliable. At delivery not friendly and do not knock or ring.

Delivery stated attempted but bever showed

Terrible. The don't even attempt to deliver - they just say they do and then you have to go to a depot to pick up your package.

It takes for ever to get a parcel from Quebec to Ontario

totally disorganized. talked to 3 people and all had different answer. only the last person had right answers. wasted tons of my time. FedEx way way better

Worst delivery company ever!

Parcel delivered today 6 days ahead of schedule, ordered from amazon in early dec . Great service especially at Christmas time. Congrats to Amazon and purolator, job well done . Regards stan beck brier island Westport nova scotia.

very poor, unprofessional service, I have doubt thar they don 't even bother to deliver to some address , and report the delivery as address needs correction. For the third time I had the same experience. I don't recommend their service.
