Still, Purolator has not registered my Reference number. Unable to track. Went back to CIBC source who confirmed my item was sent.

Never have luck with Puralator. . Waited at home all day for a parcel from the bay. Have no idea where to Pick it up.

Once you figure out the online method, it is a breeze. Until then reaching by phone is a nightmare at this time of year

In these days of porch pirates/ parcel thefts how hard is it to ring a doorbell and/ or quick knock on the door when dropping a parcel off??? Big sign on the screen door asking to please ring the doorbell with an arrow pointing to where it was. Just happened to be checking for the mail and notice the parcel on the porch . Wow not so great customer service !!!
