2 different shipments from different address November 12, on Truck for delivery since Monday today is Thursday still not delivered. This is ridiculous ?

Your delivery business isnt worth more than 1star. My cancer meds come from Winnipeg to Flin Flon are never on time nor do the delivery personnel wait to have it signed like they are supposed to.

My order with Purolator always late never on time, I always can not found my house and called me to go get my order.

4 days to get to a location that is 4 hours away...this company operates the same way Canada Post does..SLOW

My order was not delivered on the date it was supposed to be and now have no idea when I will receive my order. They also have outsourced to another company

Purolator is the most frustrating company to deal with. Amazon usually uses them to "deliver" to our address which they don't do (unlike other courier companies). They take it so there outlet in Lamont, or Tofield, or Edmonton, or Leduc and then sometimes they call when it has arrived. Every time it has the same delivery address. What the heck??? ZERO STARS ALL THE WAY FOR PUROLATOR!!!! (But it wouldn't let me submit the review unless I gave them at least one.)

I would like to thank everyone at the Purolator Site on Jamieson Drive Peterborough On., RC61202. Thanks to the front desk people initiating delivery transactions to all the drivers taking our parcels safely to their destination! Great job appreciated by myself!

Shipped air Edmonton to Vernon via Kelowna on Nov 9. Four days later tracking shows package sitting in Calgary routed through Winnipeg first???? No projected delivery date shown. Should return my money based on this performance ☹️

The virtual assistant is not useful, I kept going in circles, couldn't get connected to a human agent.

Tracking updates daily, fast delivery and polite drivers. Very satisfied with even their authorised agents inside Staples.

Paid 70$ for next day delivery. 2 days later, envelope is halfway to destination. Never again. I would rate 0 but rating system doesn’t allow

Le plus mauvais transporteur qui existe, delais non tenus donc abonnement prime payé bien souvent car la garantie de livraison en 48h est impossible a cause de purolator qui livre 1 semaine apres avoir enlevé le colis amazon!

Check tracking #. Thursday information, waiting. Today is Friday 8pm. Useless tracking. Wasted time waiting.
