Where is my parcel processed 2 Dec Tracking # 333267750235. I only get no reply .can not contact your customer service.

It’s Christmas and it seems my parcel sat in Saskatoon from Friday to Monday? What no one works in shipping on weekends when it’s the busiest time of year?

15 days sitting in ontario ...where is my package and why is it just sitting there

The purolator shipping number told me nothing. Said waiting for pick up Nov30th and today is Dec 13th. This was absolutely no help.

Late! I'm traveling tomorrow and the bookshelf I bought didn't arrive in time. Nobody will be at home for the next weeks. What happens with my package? Who knows... thanks Purolator for the unnecessary stress.

The tracking is pitiful. My package is in Etobicoke on Oct. 11 and on Amazon it says will be delivered Oct. 29? It's only about 45min to 1 hr away! I check with Purolator track pkg and it gives absolutely no expect delivery date at ALL! What a mess!!!

Very poor service. Send a package on 29th. Last update was Dec 2nd . 12th today... still in transit with no updates.

Very little care is given to your parcel. It's kinda 50/50 weather you receive your parcel or not and an oh well you can get a refund so no worries. I just want you to do your job and deliver when you say you will

Either delivered to the wrong address or list in THEIR sorting facility.

Very good service and driver very polite he waited at the door to make sure I was home to receive my package Thank you and a Merry Christmas to all the Purolator staff

Purolator is garbage either they don't do there job or they throw your expensive packages on the ground or in the snow worker today literally didn't do his job I buzzed him in to deliver package he hung up and flagged it as unavailable to deliver
