Purolator Canada reviews

Asked for redelivery, still have not receive my order. First delivery was not made because driver could not find address. B.S. he seen there were stairs and left a notice instead. Did not knock on door or ring door bell.

Worse courier service in Canada

Package was found on the wet ground between our house and the neighbors. No where near a door. Should have been put between the storm door and front door especially on this messy windy day!!

Purolator is even more than worse, very bad service and their staff is a bunch of liers

My parcel was delivered a day early. Even during the Christmas rush.

Purolator service in Edmonton AB is terrible - I always inwardly groan when I discover that my order is coming via Purolator: Purolator doesn't send emails regarding impending deliveries; the drivers don't buzz; the drivers leave notes outside (maybe!) which may be removed by deviant passer's by; the PU point is miles away with limited hours; It's altogether a very inconvenient & expensive delivery system.

Shipping cost 63$ from Ontario Why does it take 6 days

Puro later is the worst delivery company

Tracking on map never work.

This company is about the only one where I get my stuff on time.

You need to update your tracking system mine has been the same for 2 days no changes saying was suppose to be delivered on a certain date still not here but no update as to when

I order tons of stuff online and Literally everything I have ever had shipped by Purolator has been a pain. It's never on time, like NEVER, aand every package that ends up lost always seems to be with Purolator. Would never ever use them if I had the choice.

Don't follow up with damaged packages. Don't make an effort to deliver package. Just drop "we missed you" in the mail box And leave. Watch from my car. Never entered the driveway

No update for 4 days on tracking

The package was thrown to my door, ripping the package with a huge hole. The driver ran over the large orange cone at the end of my drive way, leaving it completely destroyed and they are not cheap to replace. Is it possible to give zero stars???
