NLR000755157 Where is my item ? I had order it one week ago?

No notice of delivery on any of my packages. Always have to track down where they end up.

Brutal every time I pay almost 80 bucks for overnight delivery I never get it but pay good money for the service only to get my parcel 3 or 4 days later and basically get told oh well not our problem

Why should I pay $2 to find out where my package has disappeared to? Ridiculous. Absolutely pathetic customer service.

My issue is they leave your packages at your front door without even checking to see if your home if my neighbors Didn’t let me know I had a parcel outside I wouldn’t have know and all my Christmas gifts would’ve been gone. This shouldn’t have happened I was home how hard is it to knock on a door, ring the doorbell or call. I think 1 star is being generous as I’m lucky I have my packages.

I'm happy to say, I've never had a bad experience with Purolator. I send and receive parcels with them 3 times per month on average and am very pleased with the service.

Just tried speaking to a so called expert and got absolutely NOTHING! Said I can pay $2 to connect with a tech. Thanks for the help.

Shipping late, in wrong city, still waiting...

I had a saddle shipped by puralator and box was destroyed and the saddle was damaged. I filed a claim but they dismissed me. Poor customer service.

Total BS service. I do not understand why they are in this industry when they have no clue about the service
