I'm happy to say, I've never had a bad experience with Purolator. I send and receive parcels with them 3 times per month on average and am very pleased with the service.

I had a saddle shipped by puralator and box was destroyed and the saddle was damaged. I filed a claim but they dismissed me. Poor customer service.

Received email from bestbuy ,that order shipped on nov,26 at 10:16 PT. Will notify with in 24hrs of delivery date. That was 72 hrs ago and still no movement.
