Tellement un mauvais service! Ils font semblant de sonner et quittent en mentionnant que nous ne sommes pas là ou se trouvent des excuses pour rapporter le colis au central.

terrible service, never come to your door, say your not home when you are, and take to some obscure facility for you to stand in line and pick up.

Lost my parcel, received badly damaged 3 weeks after

Never had a problem with Purolator & loving the new tracking set up!!

Paid almost 100 bucks for express and package still has not arrived.

Very convenient service

Parcel picked up on Monday at 3 pm. Got to Sorting facility at 11:32 pm Monday. Sitting in Sorting facility all day and night Tuesday. Waiting patiently for package to be delivered to lab.

Parcel us reported "out for delivery" on Quebec, map show IT in Vaughan.

If I could give them zero instead of one star, they don't show up at the house instead they will text to say attempted delivery. Customer service is as poor as their courier driver. I have ask amazon not to ever use them, they were supposed to deliver a package from amazon, they lost the package in transit. I called so many times, when they pick up they say their system is down. They're the worst courier company in Canada.
