Received email from bestbuy ,that order shipped on nov,26 at 10:16 PT. Will notify with in 24hrs of delivery date. That was 72 hrs ago and still no movement.

My package has been sitting at the metro West hub for 6 days now, no virtual assistant available to help. Worst company ever. Use UPS

Always disappointed when amazon uses purolator instead of their own shipping. It means extra delays all over the place. The intercom guys are even friendlier. When will the ancient shipping giants learn and adapt.
