  • Waiting on a perishable food order. No idea when they would show up and didn't leave pkg. Shipper does not require a signature but Puronsays different. We missed by less than 20 minutes. I called and favourite byword is NO. Wouldn't drop at my office, between delivery address and depot. No way for them to phone the driver or the depot manager, only have one way communication. Promised an email when pkg got to depot, hoping to p/u on Saturday. Delivery slip said Tuesday, after holiday weekend. Likely gone bad by then. Only way they stay in business is because they are related to Canada Post. They should sell their trucks and close up shop. HORRIBLE Service.

  • Time sensitive Prescription dropped at an office that has a note on the door saying sorry for the inconvenience we now close at 4pm on a Friday of all days, when they do not open again till Tuesday. Medication now useless. Thanks Purolator

  • Very poor delivery practices, the drivers will look for every opportunity to not deliver to residential addresses. Whenever a parcel delivery is with Purolator I know I'll have to go to one of their delivery centers, they never miss an opportunity to disappoint me!
