Never on time, very bad delivery!!!

My package didn’t track for days, and when it finally did it just showed it sitting 2000 miles away for a few days!

Eve very, all most delivered by you have an issue switch adresse delay lost packaging even if we paid for fast delivery wow ! 2 days now is four ??

Worst shipping company in North America I’d have better luck strapping order to a seagull and hope it randomly finds our house

My package didn't arrive yesterday after being "out for delivery" all day because it was "at the wrong sorting facility". This morning, there was an update (24 hours after the wrong facility update) saying it had arrived AT THE EXACT SAME WRONG SORTING FACILITY the next town over. Absolutely pathetic. WOULD BE ZERO STARS. Before review, I saw that you guys have a 1.8 star rating in Canada lol. So obviously there are issues you aren't addressing as a company.

Shows it is delivered but actually it is not

I took the day off to be home for the delivery of my TV in the pouring rain. Didn't show. Lost a days pay. Terrible tracking system. Showed up the next day left outside in the now with no warning it was out for delivery. Still says it's out for delivery. Still out of a days pay. Horrible experience

Parcel has been bouncing between two depots for days instead of being sent to the proper city for delivery.

Not even worth a start. This business should close. SLOW as always LATE as always. My package supposed to be delivered today and now expected to wait for a week again.

They didn't literally deliver, I was home all day, didn't hear any knock on the door or phone call from them. When I checked the status by myself later of the day, it showed ' went out for delivery and no response', that I had to pick up in the dispatch center. The worst part was no one contacted me regarding it, if I didn't check I wouldn't be able to know that I need to get it on my own. The package could be sitting there and got returned. Terrible experience.
