Purolator Canada reviews

My package has been sitting in Sault Ste Marie Ontario since Thursday/Friday and has been out for delivery since Friday and I still haven't received it. Nothing has been updated on it since Friday either this really makes it more frustrating. Last time we had a delivery with purlator our check got lost and costed us another almost 2 weeks of finding rides as it was to replace our truck

Terrible terrible service. Paid extra for fast service. 2 days after they said delivery would be, still not delivered

Paid extra ( a lot) for faster service, for it to be delivered on a wednesday. It didnt get delivered . They said it would be delivered the next day. It wasnt delivered. I thought Purolater was a great service. They lost my business as well as all my friends and family. Canada post it is .

Driver said there was no entry code name is on the buzzer plus left a note for the driver don't even think he came to the door now im told there backed up and can't tell me when I will get my shipment

They always have an excuse to NOT deliver a parcel, so what's the point of paying shipping if I'll have to end up picking it up anyways ...

Never had a problem with them. Staff is extremely friendly and courteous!❤❤❤

Bad services, long time waiting.. delay in delivery, No one contact to inform the receiver!!

Waiting on a perishable food order. No idea when they would show up and didn't leave pkg. Shipper does not require a signature but Puronsays different. We missed by less than 20 minutes. I called and favourite byword is NO. Wouldn't drop at my office, between delivery address and depot. No way for them to phone the driver or the depot manager, only have one way communication. Promised an email when pkg got to depot, hoping to p/u on Saturday. Delivery slip said Tuesday, after holiday weekend. Likely gone bad by then. Only way they stay in business is because they are related to Canada Post. They should sell their trucks and close up shop. HORRIBLE Service.

Why would a package sit in your sorting facility for 7 days and counting? Seriously??

Time sensitive Prescription dropped at an office that has a note on the door saying sorry for the inconvenience we now close at 4pm on a Friday of all days, when they do not open again till Tuesday. Medication now useless. Thanks Purolator

Would give 0 starts if possible. Item was very late and damaged

I haven't received an update on my parcel since September 26th. Good job purolator!!!

Very poor delivery practices, the drivers will look for every opportunity to not deliver to residential addresses. Whenever a parcel delivery is with Purolator I know I'll have to go to one of their delivery centers, they never miss an opportunity to disappoint me!
