Shows it is delivered but actually it is not

I took the day off to be home for the delivery of my TV in the pouring rain. Didn't show. Lost a days pay. Terrible tracking system. Showed up the next day left outside in the now with no warning it was out for delivery. Still says it's out for delivery. Still out of a days pay. Horrible experience

Never deliver the day that it's suppose to be

Parcel has been bouncing between two depots for days instead of being sent to the proper city for delivery.

If couriers were types of cheeses, than p”Puralator would be a stinky unwrapped forgotten Blue Cheese. Never thought I would say this but I wish the company I ordered from used Canada Post.

Not even worth a start. This business should close. SLOW as always LATE as always. My package supposed to be delivered today and now expected to wait for a week again.

They didn't literally deliver, I was home all day, didn't hear any knock on the door or phone call from them. When I checked the status by myself later of the day, it showed ' went out for delivery and no response', that I had to pick up in the dispatch center. The worst part was no one contacted me regarding it, if I didn't check I wouldn't be able to know that I need to get it on my own. The package could be sitting there and got returned. Terrible experience.

Never Read comment for delevery to ring at next door if on not home. Always gave to go pick Up package at de purolator center.

This item is 2 days late. The comment “waiting for item” is meaningless. Where is it?

Parcel sitting at sort depot for days, was to be a timely shipment...

2 different shipments from different address November 12, on Truck for delivery since Monday today is Thursday still not delivered. This is ridiculous ?
