21 days get my delivery please

Tracked signed for mail. Arrived next morning. Good service. Didn't award 5 stars as quite expensive.

Shocking services 3 days over due special my toe

The reviews I’ve seen so far isn’t impressive at all. Package was sent on Saturday still no information and I haven’t received it.

Said they tried to deliver parcel but no access. What a joke. I live on a main road theirs is no problem with access. I waited and waited. What good is guaranteed delivery when the Post Office take you money but don’t honour it’s service

Paid extra to ensure delivery ok mums birthday. Not received and tracking not even registered. Absolutely disgusting

Posted sat 4th now still waiting says still in transit.

It's a pity your group don't have to pay compensation to people waiting in all day for items that have a delivery date and some times a time For some one carrying the royal crown you are a disgrace

Did not leave a card sat in all day no knock on door

My delivery is now four days overdue. Suggest Royal Mail look up 'Guaranteed' in the dictionary. Also the word 'awesome' referring to the reviews. one good one out 18 diabolical ones. Sooner you go bust the better.

Didn't come on date specified and you wait in for it not good

I did not receive my package, and the sender did not inform me of the delivery time so I could wait for it, and now I am confused how to receive my package.

I sent a very important papers by recorded delivery on 23rd of April to ISB Pakistan they haven’t received yet it’s too much headache

I sent a letter 1st class recorded delivery on 24rd April. Didn't arrive until 5thMay. Not good for 1st class. Very Bad service
