Absolutely appalling service 390461305000004A237C1 should have been delivered on Saturday redelivery, didn't turn up stayed in all day, could not even go up the garden in case I missed the door, it's plant for god sake could not leave comment to leave I safe place appalling service so angry

Why do they even stay in business? Royal Mail is the most inefficient delivery service on the UK. Next day deliveries that you pay £8-50 for take 2 weeks on average

Absolutely disgusted I ordered this last weekend supposed of been here from the first of the third it is for a present that was due this weekend. Royal mail are absolutely disgusted. It’s going to Heathrow.

how does this mail work? I have not been able to pay the customs fees for several days, it keeps saying try again. what kind of mail is this???

I would like to first thank the counter staff at the drumchapel,glasgow post office branch, for the help I was given. Excellent personal service with a smile. I sent my registered letter through the post office, I received tracker updates and confirmation on delivery. Cheers

Bad services all over places even if your paid for special delivery or sign for it will take ages to get to the destination.

I sent a letter 1st class recorded delivery on 23rd April. Didn't arrive until 1st May. Not good for 1st class!

Royal Mail's delivery service is hit or miss for me. Sometimes they're spot on with their delivery times, other times my package ends up at the wrong address. It's a mixed bag.

Seriously disappointed with Royal Mail—my package arrived damaged and they didn't even apologize! It's like they don't care about the stuff they're delivering.

Royal Mail? More like Royal Fail! My parcel was supposed to arrive last week, but it's nowhere to be found. And don't even get me started on their customer service—it's like talking to a brick wall!

I gotta give it to Royal Mail, they delivered my package right on time, no fuss or hassle. Plus, the delivery person was super friendly and even waited a few extra minutes for me to get to the door
