Sent gift vouchers off last post 25/02/2025 delivered next day 26/02/2025 midday, well impressed n pleased. Also sent a handbag on the same day back to the company, arrived on the 27th. Very good service as always, whenever I post anything from my local post office in Dartford Kent.

due 4/2 tracked as out for delivery but wasn't! 5/2 stated as delivered but although both my wife and I were here all day, nothing was delivered SO WHERE IS IT?

Sent an important document via the Special delivery service at 3pm from Sherborne, Dorset, it arrived the very next day at its destination before 1pm and was signed as requested. Very pleased with the service.

Recorded delivery with signature, recipient, away can't sign, I've been trying to get in touch with Huddersfield CSP to get it returned to me for 3 weeks,impossible, this is a purse containing money and cards

Posted a Jiffy bag to go from Dorset to Berkshire. Paid £5.30 to be end to end tracking and signature on delivery. Also chose first class. Did arrive the next day but was not signed for by the recipient just posted through the letterbox. So annoying paying for a service to be completely disregarded ☹️

Very good service

Posted my letter, recorded delivery, on 26/06/2024 in Sherburn Post Office and the young lady behind the counter put it in the mail bag. This letter still hasn't arrived. If I had sellotaped it to the shell of a tortoise it would probably be there my now.

Atrociously bad service

Absolutely abysmal service, ordered a bottle of perfume for my wife's birthday which was 21st of October. It was not delivered on time and there's still no sign of it or any indication of if or when it will be delivered. It should be called royal fail, not royal mail...

Took small parcel to post office paid for tracking. £3’89 Then received a card to say pay £3-50 as not enough postage. Took all evidence to collection office (where card came from) to be told I had to pay the £3-50 to get the parcel back and it was NOT a Royal Mail problem. Even though I posted it via Royal Mail. So cost me £8.39 for my parcel to just end up back at my house SHOCKING!!

How's? The parcel on the 30 years of the 10th to the Netherlands, 817 and a 1/2 quid.To get it to the Netherlands, but he's only got as far as the customs.And now they're saying they want twenty eight euros for the person I sent it 2 come and get it No mention of this in the Post Office to say, the people have to pay an extra price when it gets to the Netherlands. I think the Netherlands are just ripping herself. What do you all think?

Just letting everybody know that I posted a parcel to the netherlands on the Thirtiet H of the ninth 2024 I need. It still hasn't arrived there an. D. Also, it's stating that it is in customs. I paid 17 pound 40 pence to get the parcel delivered to the property but now the customs assigned to the person I sent it to that they want Euro 25. To deliver it.I just thought I'd let everybody know out there that we are being ripped off.Good style without anybody telling us that when you Post a parcel to the Netherlands.There is extra post to be paid at the other end.I just wanted you to know what everybody thought about that

What a courier company. Taking 5days to deliver just within England and basically no tracking

I sent a parcel by Royal Mail and paid for certificate of posting and guaranteed next day delivery Can’t even track it yet two days later !!!!!! Absolute joke I rate no stars
