Daughter ordered essentials for uni but had them delivered to our home address by mistake. I took them straight to post office and paid for 24 hour tracking.. Over a, week later no sign. I was told when I queried 24 hours is just an estimation!!!!?! I wasn't told that when I paid for it.

Great service as always from Royal Mail. Never ever had a problem with 48 hour delivery. In fact my parcel was received the day after it was dispatched. Very pleased with the service. Well done folks.

I only put one star because it wouldn't accept my review otherwise. In my view it doesn't even rate one star

What an utterly useless service! I paid £5. To track my post with royal mail and when I tried to track it was asked to pay a further sum to do this. Is this a total scam?

I ordered a parcel and it came from China , tracked it all the way to the UK , then the problems began when it was handed over to the Royal Mail , I received an email from Royal Mail advising me it was on the way to me and further tracking details would supplied as it went through their system , I followed it until it arrived at Langley , as there was no further communication I checked on the sight and it had passed through their logistics depot , but then came the shock it said it had gone to the Isle Of Man , Douglas and was due to be delivered the next day , which was a total shock as I live in Dover in Kent hundreds of miles away , I could not understand how a parcel with all my details on it could be delivered so far away and to a completely different address , anyway I checked Royal Mail tracking site and sure enough it had been delivered to the IOM but no signature of who received it were available , it actually said perhaps it had been removed , try again later ,by then I was getting so fed up I didn't bother ,contacted seller for them to sort it out , and as I am writing this review it still hasn't been

I received an email saying my parcel would be delivered 3 days ago. It didn't arrive and I can get no up to date information as to its whereabouts on the website. This is not the first time I have had cause to complain about Royal Mail. The service is appalling.

Terrible service got tracking no paid 3.69 to deliver a dress. The dress cost 65 pounds. Its been three not delivered so now I have to fully refund ebay buyer
