Disgusting service. I paid £8 for next day delivery/signed for. Only to be told I needed to pay another £1 to find out if it had been delivered. This was not in our contracted agreement!

DISGUSTED!! Had text to say parcel had been delivered, I was 2 foot from my front door. No parcel outside or at any of neighbours address, link on text takes me to Royal Mail Tracking page, which shows parcel was delivered at 1254 hrs, with a picture of door and parcel. The door is not my front door, nor is it any of my neighbours!! Tried going online to get it found, just goes round and round in circles, and then says that I should contact the sender. No wonder Royal Mail is in such a state. Very disatisfied with service!!

Parcel just chucked over the garden gate, home was occupied delivery person just not bothered to knock on the door, you pay peanuts and get ………… I will say nothing more than typical poor service.

Not very happy if I’m honest, they claim that they knocked on our door on the 11th when no they didn’t because 2 people were awake in the house and said no one knocked , I’m also pretty sure the Royal Mail guy I just saw had my parcel but might of went to the wrong side of the road but I put the address in correctly so I don’t understand but oh well I’m just very disappointed

Royal mail has not sent my parcel sent me since July 26, 2024. The agent made a mistake in the building Number. Had been to the office in Bristol,all to no avail... Keep turning me. Called the customer care, I was asked to make claim but they can't pay more than £20.. it's a pity they can't track my parcel with the tracking number. It is disappointing, my new products couldn't get to me

I do not trust any delivery service other than Royal Mail. They keep you informed every step of the way and I've never had a parcel go missing. Same can't be said for the other courier services.

This is the second "recorded delivery" I have had "not recorded"! What is the point of paying for the tracking of important mail if the post office are not capable of tracking their mail? I spoke to one of their customer service team whon simply said, "some popular destinations have too much mail on a daily basis for us or them to be able to sign for it"...... game over post office, does anyone know any reliable pigeons that don't get lost?

Useless. Ordered an item on Amazon and was a bit wary when it said Royal Mail were responsible for delivery. Rightly, as it turned out. It didn’t arrive on time and Amazon had a better idea of where it was. It eventually arrived today; Royal Mail still thinks it’s at a depot in Yorkshire, 200 miles away.

Next working day means next working week. In case you though it was actually next working day.

I am living in Doncaster on second floor.i want to receive my original documents. I am stand in window to locking out side royal mail van.but now the time is 2 pm. And still waiting from 8am. No Good service rubbish service.
