Still waiting for arrival of parcel sent 15h july. Now 17th of august complete rubbish. Was surpost to go rio de Janeiro Brasil and goes to Curitiba in Brasil.

It has been a nightmare. And I have paid for tracking. I don’t want to hear it again. Dreadful service

Typical Royal Snail.According to there tracking my package was picked up on Monday.From then on ,it's just disappeared from the planet.The worst courier going.

I sent parcel 3 weeks ago and still not arrived to tenerife royal mail saying nothing they can do its in madrid customs not first time this has happened and parcel returned3 months later shocking

Sent a parcel 3 weeks ago they still haven't received it .This is disgusting Trued to track it with number. Says its not registered. I know have ti refund the person postage and item money Not good enough

Sent important information by recorded delivery from UK to Ireland. Had notification the information had been delivered in the estimated time. Thanks Royal Mail.

My item was rejected. Had no return address. Want my parcel back.

What's going on? Posted a tracked parcel on 2nd August - so far it has only got as far as Bristol 20 miles away in 5 days!

Why giving reference when it’s not trackable? Y’all fix this shit , too many complains and yall ain’t bothered about this , lost my items twice still had the guts to tell me nothing can be done !!

No wonder toyal msil is a failure. Claiming no access to frong of hour when othet couriets are delivering. Dome work is being fone by the council in my area and royal mail is uding this as an excuse not to deliver whilst other companies are still delivering. Very inefficient. Ordered from Amazon who used royal mail for part of the delivery. Rest of orders delivered except for royal mail lot. useless and they dont care. They take a phone number but dont contact you so whats the point?

I sent a Birthday card 1st Class posted it in Royal mail post box at their sorting office and it took 2 1/2 weeks to get to him. Absolutely disgusting service from Royal Mail considering the cost of stamps now. We used to have the best service in the world, what's happened????

This is absolutely dreadful, I paid £17.75 for next day delivery on the 29th July. My son has received parcels before at his address, but for some unknown reason the tracker is saying it was unaccessible!!!!!! We now have no idea where the parcel is as this website is dreadful and of no help whatsoever, why is this so difficult and why do you take people's money only to not deliver. Very cheesed off with the service.

Rubbish service,why anyone uses it is beyond me.
