I sent 4 envelopes on 30th July at a cost of £3.05 signed for 1st class signed for delivery. Sent at 13.48 but the app is saying, not registered yet.....where are they and how on earth am I supposed to track them. Not impressed at all.

Sent an important letter to large company in this country by tracked mail on 19th July. On 1st August it has still not been delivered. No wonder people are not using Royal Mail. What is worse is that they do not care.

Rubbish paid £17 to return parcel I never orderd , with insurance and tracked . When I tried to track where the parcel was royal mail wanted another £1 to tell me where it was what a joke !

Writing this for my elderly mother who was extremely impressed with the efficiency of the Marlborough Royal Mail Route 26 postwoman who knew her personally and helped resolve a parcel redelivery in person at the marlborough depot without any need for my mother to use technology she finds challenging. She had tried to call either no success and really appreciated the personal touch something so having in service sector these days! Thank you.

Sent a parcel to Australia with tracking but post office chargeing £24.98 for a month I only want to see where parcel is rip of service

Paid £8 - took 6 days to get simple envelope to Hungary. Rubbish service!!

What a joke the royal mail has become

I had no problem with a return and notification sent to say it had been delivered.

So I received a card through the door saying parcel held at local office have to pay £7 to have it delivered as the sender did not pay postage. Would help if they told the customer what type of package. I have no idea what it is. I have to visit local delivery office to find out what it is. Why don't they return it to sender or advise you what the package is. I have trouble with parcels being delivered late, attempted delivery no access when I was home.!!! Service suks sort it out.

Absolutely useless if they can't deliver a first class recorded letter in the same town next day. They should give us our money back for a failed service.

Why does Amazon guarantee next day delivery then use Royal Mail, never on time, always late.

Very poor service.

Unbelievable first class delivery not on the time. It's waste of money. ☹️☹️☹️☹️
