So many adverts and found tracking results difficult to find.

Absolutely a joke, paid for special delivery for it to be delivered on the day I was home failed to be delivered, they decided to try the following day when no one was home despite there being instructions for it to be left in the parcel box at the front of the house, pushes a leaflet through the door saying they will try again the following day, they deliver two more items but not the one on special delivery despite it being held at their department, Jesus Christ and what a service!

Always royals mail make late or return to sender I have been waiting from 21 June still I’m waiting today is 10 July and now said return to sender rubbish and rubbish

Sent important documents, first class, next working day, Proof of delivery and signature at. Perfect and totally as prescribed.

I sent 2 letters via Special Delivery, to the smae address, one arrived the next day the other was sent to Birmingham DO signed by a OPG and never forwarded to the correct address. I contacted Customer Services and they said it had been delivered but somehow they didn't realise that it was delivered to the wrong address and was lost. Rubbish service all round. I've list all trust in Royal Mail. Disgusting servive

Parcel delivered within the time frame. Very satisfied with the overall service.

royal mail from uk to india is not reach at time…..they take soo many time….my post sending from uk on 17june to india but not reached at time….

Crab service 8 days now and my letter which is tracked has not been delivered

Posted my signed for letter containing time sensitive documents on Monday 24.6.24. As of today, 2.7.24 this item is still in transit. This service, for which I paid in excess of £3. Is a total waste of money. Where are my documents?

I paid 11.70 pounds for a track and signed parcel to go to Romania. It was delivered on 31.5.2024, we are on 30.6.2024 and it says it is still in transit. Terrible system, it should be closed.

Centre parcel through royal mail from the Post Office and with the reference number it's supposed to be tracked only costs 35 pounds but the customer said they did not receive it so I lost the 35 pounds and I lost the item which put my eBay account below standard Yet no tracking number on royal mail's reference number and about as useful as a chocolate fire guard when it comes to customer service why are we putting up with this c*** in the UK when we should have the best royal mail service that's why they call it royal mail well in fact I don't give it any Stars at all the service is rubbish and we use it quite often maybe it's time I started to use a different career instead of Supposedly the best parcel service in Britain royal mail I think you're a bottom of the toilet personally Don't think I'll be using royal mail again that prices are extortionate and more expensive than any other couriers out there and half the time the parcels never get there because they've got thieves working for them

Would give no Star if possible. Special delivery now well over due and no tracking information showing

Sent important letter..to be signed for..over £3.00...posted on 14th June. It's now 27th and tracking says it's ' in transit ' Totally unacceptable
