Our packages are always delivered safely with no problems. Jo our postie is always friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for her.

Shocking don't use . Posted first class recorded 25/4 still not delivered , EST delivery time 28/4 it's saying . On the receipt says we aim to deliver next day . Pointless just send 1st class don't pay extra for nothing

Delivery of my parcel was between Saturday 20th and Monday 22nd of June it’s now the 27th and nothing . Fed up with it .

Returned a parcel which was labelled as per Amazon instructions. It was disposed of, no refund of postage paid! Took 3 weeks to find out. How did Amazon manage to send it but I could not return it !?

Sent an important letter, recorded first class deliver on Saturday morning, cost nearly 4 pound, it’s now Wednesday 26th June and its still not arrived. How can they charge you that amount and still not deliver. Can’t even give a rating as such poor service, had to press a star as you can’t submit otherwise.

Parcel dispatched to Royal Mail on 20th June ,no scans showing on tracking and it is now 26th of June , disgraceful service .

What a complete waste of time, notification says RM have parcel & delivery by 8.00pm, so i wait & wait, now it says parcel been sent to wrong depot 7 mile away, but there on it, still arriving by 8.00pm so i wait & Wait its now 17 min past 8.00pm and it states SORRY for delay if parcels not arrived in four days i can claim refund :( This is RM next day postage, we have gone from next day delivery to 5 day delivery, think i will use a pigeon next time

My parcel was left in a safe space.I DIDN’T request it to be left outside my front door which isn’t a safe place for everyone passing to see it.We were both home at the time and no one even knocked the door.The parcel was expensive and I was absolutely fuming Not impressed with the service at all !!!!! 0000000

What a shambolic system my letter has been stuck in Milano since Friday, with no further progress of getting delivered to the destination.

trying to figure out where my package is for about a week It says it was delivered but I haven't received anything I am truly disheartened and disappointed.

How is it that I took a parcel to the post office on the 20th June and when I checked to see if it had been delivered my first class parcel had not even been registered?

Email said out for delivery on wed between 9 and one, nothing came. Now new email said out today Friday delivery same time, it's now nearly 5 pm and still nothing. Why bother telling us times n dates as very rare you get it right!.

Package listed as delivered to neighbour AND actual location is "DO" ... where is this item from this conflicting information and how does Joe Bloggs know what a "DO" is? Royal Mail deserves to go bust ASAP. Would rate zero if possible, suggest you make zero an option.

Posted parcel for my sisters birthday on the 11/6/24, her birthday is 20 th and she still hasn't received it
