2nd class signed posted on the 11th now its the 19th and still says in transit

£29 to post item to go to Canada….posted 15/6/24. According to tracker it’s still in the UK?

My god. 1st class signed for package posted Monday 17th. Tracking on Tuesday 18th am shows it still at Bakewell. Tracking on Tuesday afternoon says attempted delivery at 12:46. Recipient says no one came. Wednesday 20th, tracking says still in transit MAP still says it's at Bakewell. What a "Fred Caro's circus of a company.

Dreadful service , took nearly two weeks from UK to Spain.. according to tracking has been in Madrid for a week… waste of money

Terrible service paid for tracking £7/90 for a letter 5to7 days I was told ,15 days later its still in vancouver sorting office ,where it has bee since the 13th of June,

Not a good service. Paid nearly ,£8 for tracking an envelope to calgary canada.i was told 5 to7 days 2 weeks later still not arrived according to tracking it has been in vancouver sorting since last Thurs the 13th.i posted a small package last year to the same address with tracking, 7 weeks later it arrived bashed up it had done a tour of the USA .WITH A CALGARY ADDRESS AND POST CODE.not a mention of America.all in all a terrible service.

Absolutely useless. Can never find where my parcel is. Just get message saying will tell you when your item is out for delivery

My special delivery should have arrived by yesterday at 1 pm. No sign of it after paying special delivery cist

Shipped a gift to my wife on friday for her birthday today been Tuesday but unfortunately the parcel was not delivered even as I was highly assured she will get it today on her birthday This is so disappointing and unbelievable Hope it will be delivered tomorrow been Wednesday if not I will sue for damages

I paid £9.00 for a next day delivery on a lightweight package, Plymouth to London. Crucial it arrived as receiver was leaving country the day after. It didn't arrive. When I tracked it, it had gone 15 miles. So disappointed with this service. Zero star rating, although it wants me to rate 1?

Item that was ordered was attempted to be delivered on 15 June 24, wasn’t at home but card through door stated will be delivered next working day 17 June stayed in, not delivered it was delivered 1:45pm on 18 June, when post person questioned, they stated, no delivery on my route as postie moved to another route ! Farcical wait time on customer service 60+. Minutes !!!

Worst mail/package service I have ever experienced! Tracking “went dark” as package was shipped all over Great Britain and then shipped to the wrong state in the United States before finally being returned to the sender with a ridiculous reason for the return. Package was re-shipped via a competent carrier!
