Absolutely disgraceful service!!!mailed large envelope to works and pensions on april 5th paid to have it signed for,hasn,t showed up,tellng me parcel is still pending,not even a parcel,can,t speak to anybody as it,s all automated!!have to rate so minus 1 star.

1st class signed for. Still in Bakewell after 24 hours!

Absolutely rubbish my parcel was sent 4 days ago on a 24 hr delivery still nor received it and my tracking no is saying not registered yet grrr I hope all they poastmasters Sue you till you go bust

Posted letter/parcel a week ago it still hasn't arrived, very upset grandson, and very disappointed grandad, this service needs to improve before the public say enough is enough get your act together very poor service

I ordered my parcel 15. Days ago express delivery I still haven’t received my order every time I track my it says it is in transit

Abysmal service, do not bother don’t waste your money

Item lost in transit. Sad reflection on a once great service. They are now very much a second class delivery service but charge first class prices. Second item they have last this year!

Paid for track and sign and asked for notifications to let me know where the parcel was got 1 to say it was in New York on the Wednesday but nothing else until i got a message from my brother to say it had arrived what a waste of money

Diabolical service a package was meant to arrive on 12/6 still waiting for it I tracked it and say it is at Wigan D/O I worked there for 15 years I know how it works they just scan the package and press inaccessible on the pda so it looks like you have tried to deliver the parcel but it never arrived so it still in the sorting office. You cannot trust the management because they are just full of liar's, I am glad I left the company because it won't survive. I been so much happier since I left no stress or pressure from the management glad I am out of there now

Excellent service for tracking mail and getting sinature. May I suggest thst the couriers ask the recipient to print their name as well as on the form it was just a squiggle.
