Please tell me clear so where is my Delivery but I still waiting from 7 day .last day it’s in Frankfort then I don’t know .plz answer

Took two days instead of one for special delivery. Very poor service and would certainly not pay the extra to use it again.

Paid for parcel under special delivery on 11June at the extra cost for this service for delivery before 1pm the following day but it was not delivered until 13th at 12.52pm two days! This is very poor service and I would certainly not use it again.

Slow delivery- took 6 day from collection to delivery

Royal Mail delivered on time, in place and with notification...so brilliant!

I sent a package via the signed for delivery over 2 weeks ago by first class post, and still waiting for it to be delivered as I write. It’s totally unbelievable that this is a delivery within London that’s taking over 2 weeks.

I always receive a first rate service from my postman . I have tried alternative methods but the post office is the not efficient by a long way

The worst service. I ordered something on June 4, 2024 and it said it was delivered on April 24, 2024. Joke

Posted the large envelope lare on Friday to a business address. The Royal Mail tried to deliver on Monday morning but the office was closed. Royal Mail tried again on Tuesday and were successful. I was kept updated throughout. My experience is that it works very well.

Why the hell as my parcel headed back to UK when I paid the €31.11 customs charges on delivery, the very next day after receiving their card. Which come from a postman saying its in Dublin and will only be released when I pay it. Which I did straight away. Anyone any advise please

Not happy with services was supposed to get a parcel delivered saturday nothing. Today says delivery today when I've been waiting all day and still nothing. Absolut shower of shite. Still sat where it's been till Saturday thanks a bunch

Mine was said to be posted 06/06/2024 in Luton I was told Delivery by 08/06/2024 its now 10/06/2024 4pm and still nothing up, until now Royal Mail have said Nothing can be found. but now they say its in essex. I wonder if it will get here by Xmas.

My parcel arrived the day BEFORE it was due according to the tracking. I am impressed.

This is the worst delivery service I had experience in my entire life. I was at home since morning (8/6/24) just because I was waiting for this parcel. I was checking outside like every 30 minutes. Yet, royal mail put it up on my tracking "DELIVERY ATTEMPTED : NO ANSWER". This is a awful and horrible service delivery. Till now, i have not gotten the parcel I think royal mail can do better. They can monitor their drivers, dispatch riders and delivery agents. This is pathetic, to be sincere.
