I have been waiting in for my parcel. Got letters through my door but no-one knocked or rang the bell. Then a message to say they were unable to deliver my parcel. No card put through letterbox. No details. This is quite frankly inefficient and not good enough. I just wish firms would stop using Royal Mail. Other companies are much better.

Do not go for this. Do not use this service for your own peace of mind. Things never arrive

Worst service ever, lost my important document. I used their most expensive service with end to end tracking and whats the point, thy say they cant do anything. Not even any line to complain whats royal here

I was awaiting g a parcel then had a message that it had been delivered 1 day previously. No message put through the door at the time of delivery and when I check the parcel had been left in the open behind a stone. This is not what I would expect from royal mail. A good job it hadn't rained.

Parcel not delivered

I have been expecting a parcel sent 1st class signed for posted on 20/5 still not received as at 1/6. Tracking system appears useless as it only can track the post office or store it was posted from...then nothing...except to say it's in transit. You cannot seem to speal to a human as it's a virtual chat then having found out nothing to help you they have the cheek to ask if they answered your question!!....Err..NO you didn't! Shameful service Royal Mail!

I am disgusted with the service from Royal Mail. I have been waiting for a parcel from Ebay. Seller has sent me confirmation of postage and done everything they can to trace this parcel as have I. You cannot speak to a human, all you get is that it is in transit but no further updates! It was sent 1st class signed for on 20/5. I am still waiting as at 1/6!! I get to feel that this parcel is lost in the ether and I am unlikely to ever receive it. Disappointing to say the least ....and expensive! Call this a service? Not good enough Royal Mail!!

I posted a recorded delivery, with signed for on arrival, on the 14/5/24 tracking is still showing at the post office I posted it at. I have been into the post office, who are in a WH Smith store, and they said, it did leave the post office, but once it leaves them, it belongs to Royal Mail, do they can’t do a about it. So I don’t know if it has been delivered or not, but have put in for a refund, Royal Mail are useless.

Thank god its been sold, maybe now it will provide a decent service.

Steph is perhaps the best Post lady there could be. She's always happy and goes above and beyond what she needs to do. Even my dog loves her. She is a credit to the post office in these difficult times you're having.

I sent a parcel to Thailand over 4 weeks ago. Still hasn't arrived. Trying to talk to a human is impossible. Now giving up

I posted a parcel a week ago for my sons birthday which should have arrived latest last Friday it’s still not even registered - this is disgraceful

Posted a parcel from Armagh Post Office to Clonmel Co Tipperary on 3rd May and has a tracking number. Tracking shows parcel tracked from Armagh to Dublin. The my tracking showed in RED PRINT that customs rejected parcel as incorrect documentation and would be returned back to my address. 21st May update tracking says parcel being returned from UK imagine. To date 28th May no parcel returned and no tracking update showing. Very disappointed with the service

My heart sinks when I hear that a White Van Man isn't delivering my parcels, it's Royal Mail instead. Awful inaccurate tracking facilities, regular cases of pushing a card through without knocking.
