Very dissapointing service. I paid for next day delivery by 1pm. It's not been delivered, today and its now 19:25

Not delivered post said no entry ,rubbish wife confined to house no buzzer door entry system bell on front door ,so how could they not get entry

How come my parcel is delivered to the middle of carlisle,not to my postcode of ca57ll,which is 5 miles away

Waiting for Royal Mail to deliver parcel for four days why do surpliers use Royal Mail for deliveries when they know they give a shocking service gave one star should have been minus 5

I lost my package because of Royal Mail thry put my parcel. In to the bin and I didn't even found it because all waste has been took they didn't have sense where to put the package at all I lost it was really expensive now how can I claim no reviews it's 0

Posted a passport by signed for, next day delivery. Tracked it this morning and apparently it is 'in transit!' This is not the first time I have been let down.

All went well ,delivery received,no problems.

Sent a letter 1st class recorded 4 days ago, tracking says it's still at the post office I sent it from.

I payed £8.00to send a letter post office promised next day delivery still not arrived and they sent me a photo of a bosch drill in a parcel . Do not use this service

I sent a letter by normal mail and it has not been received, I'm so fed up with royal mail as this is always happening. The price of a stamp now is so high it should definitely get delivered

Very bad service , paid for express delivery and till now I’ve not received my parcel.. I will never use this service again and I do not recommend
