I haven't recived my package since may 8 I never pick it up and it's telling me the package was delivered to the wrong city .

My order does not appear, I want to know what happened to my box.

Very poor service I ship something out on Thursday UPS overnight Air freight is Saturday night and still not there they say due to bad weather there was no bad weather I would not use this service again

I was suppose to receive an urgent package on Tuesday, it was delayed because of weather until Wednesday. When the delivery man came he left it in the outside an unlocked door and someone took it. I had to contact my bank to report this and they reissued my packaged with a two day delivery. It was suppose to arrive on Friday and did not. When I called UPS I was told I would not receive it until Monday, which I told a customer service representative was unacceptable. I let the deliveryman in to get to my apartment and he just leaves it outside, this apartment building has over 400 apartments anyone could have taken it. And now UPS wants to take no responsibility. When I spoke to a supervisor and asked that be given a call by the local office by 8:00 a.m. on Monday she said she could not do that. Tell me what am I suppose to?

The UPS deliver took the time to place the package in my mail box. Such a through full gesture, we we're working in the backyard

I was expecting my parcel on Friday 2nd August, and today when I called to enquire this gentleman is asking me to pay Rs 5 by online payment as my address pincode is not updated , which is bullshit, spoke on this no 9332590271 and 8981892959 you need to take action against this , as my pincode is clearly mentioned, and also need an apology from your side for delaying my parcel...

My girlfriend worked for them for years until a dailey customer grabbed her throat. You know what happened next. When asked if she would continue to deliver to that address she said, "No." She works at USPS now. All the drivers know my house. When they can't find an address they leave it here and I deliver it no charge.

Ordered something in July from U.S it’s now August a month ! Location tracking on this site is problematic! My package shows its still in the U.S after a month! I’m In Canada! No idea where my order is! Very inefficient tracking system! Wouldn’t recommend UPS!
