Never received my item and was asked a $35 extra charge With no info given as to what it was for

No shipping updates, drivers use any excuse to stop your delivery ,, sellers and buyers pay some shipping rate and they do whatbever they want with the packages ..

I always could depend on UPS to get my packages to their destination I give 2 stars because I paid to have an over night delivery on my package it has been 4 days now and my package still has not reached it's destination I am so disappointed I didn't get the service I paid for

They keep putting my package on a latter date. First they said it was in TX and saying it's in ca when it's going to in there service is crap

I was disappointed with my delivery. It was "signature required" they did not let me know when the delivery was made. I just heard a thunk on my front porch, it was the delivery man throwing it. There was a stroform ice chest that the whole bottom was broken out of it because of the rough treatment that it received.

I hate UPS they will just drop your package off without see you. And most of the time, you don't get to see your package

Very bad track information.

UPS is the worst for trying to get customer service. It's impossible to get a live human to ask questions. The virtual cannot understand a question before my UPS deliveries. Sent me to an expert for smartphones. A bunch of crap.
