Garbage UPS returned my package. On May 12, it showed that my package had arrived at my door. For some reason, UPS returned my package and it has not been shipped yet. This must be the most rubbish courier company UPS I have encountered in my life

You hire lazy people, package was light but left downstairs where anyone could have grab it. Totally disappointed and would pay more to have it delivered by another carrier. Not UPS.

UPs service is terrible compared to competitors. Everything from the length of time it takes to receive shipments, tacking information is not updated regularly. And trying to get a hold of someone for answers leaves a lot to be desired.

I wouldnt recommend UPS should rate them -1 the driver wont even call if you leave in a condo they just stick the notice outside. Bwen waiting for my parcel for days until now i didnt have it!!

They leaved a note with address for pickup but don't mention that it won't be able until 2 business days, I went to pick it up, losing time and hours of work ($) for nothing

Absolutely incompetent. First they said the signature was required but in fact, I was home the entire time. Then they told me it would be delivered the next business day and it was not. Then it was supposed to be delivered the next business day and it was not. Then I called their customer service two times and they said they could not find the address even though Apple and Google maps has no problem locating my home. Then they told me it would be delivered on Saturday which it was not. I never have a problem with prime Amazon. I will just do all of my shopping from there from now on. UPS is simply too stupid.
