not the exact update where is the package

Extremely unreliable services. It said my parcel will be delivered by end of today. June 12th. Now it's changed and says i'll be notified for when out for delivery.... sooooo birzzare and unpredictable

Undoubtedly an excellent service with reception and with the information they provide when it will be delivered...

very worst service

I was waiting my parcel on Sunday June 11th after first reading tracking number but then I received email saying we missed you at the adress we have on Friday June 9th even though I activated the all updates to my email but ups emailed afterwards not before to tell that ur parcel on its way to you.... So ups service and delivery updates below zero...

Ups is very bad don’t use it please, when you call them they block you

Have never been this disappointed in my life, I spoke so highly of UPS but was left to regret my decision, parcel missing in transit

They never delivered my packag to my house,probably the wrong one,and UPS don’t even care who’s gonna replace my money or my item?

We live in Jacksonville NC and have a screened in porch. No one else has a problem opening up our front porch door and putting it inside but the UPS driver. This shows laziness and needs to be handled immediately. The driver gas done it twice on a day right before it rained. Thankfully both times I just made it home before it did. This continues to happen and our package gets ruined or stolen I will hold UPS accountable

Very good service

Very very excellent service and delivery. Faster than normal . Delivered to my doorstep and the driver even helped take it inside because they were heavy boxes. All the goods are in good shape. I recommend . Five stars

I want to know where is my mail or I will file a case
