Return item has been sitting at my front door for almost a week. Nobody shows to pick up. Worst company ever

We have never had any luck with UPS delivery service and the local driver lives right across the road from us. Worst courier ever, still waiting for my wife's birthday gift to arrive more than a week after it was ordered and I paid alot extra for express delivery so it would arrive on her birthday or sooner !!!!

I order as fast delivery and have been more than expected time, I will never refer another client to you .

Can you speed up my package

Garbage UPS returned my package. On May 12, it showed that my package had arrived at my door. For some reason, UPS returned my package and it has not been shipped yet. This must be the most rubbish courier company UPS I have encountered in my life

No show no call very unreliable service

You hire lazy people, package was light but left downstairs where anyone could have grab it. Totally disappointed and would pay more to have it delivered by another carrier. Not UPS.

UPs service is terrible compared to competitors. Everything from the length of time it takes to receive shipments, tacking information is not updated regularly. And trying to get a hold of someone for answers leaves a lot to be desired.

55 pound parcel went missing and they will not pay out the insurance claim. Wtf!!!!

I wouldnt recommend UPS should rate them -1 the driver wont even call if you leave in a condo they just stick the notice outside. Bwen waiting for my parcel for days until now i didnt have it!!

Been waiting for my package that was supposed to be here in 3-6 days and still haven't gotten it. Been calling every other day. Supposed to have got my package on May 22, it's now May 30th. It's sitting in Nj

They leaved a note with address for pickup but don't mention that it won't be able until 2 business days, I went to pick it up, losing time and hours of work ($) for nothing

Worst customer service I ever experienced in my life and I am 57 years old.
