  • I sent the package on Monday and it should deliver on Tuesday but it is still not delivered not even moved from the place where I send it never again I will not do it big 0 for them

  • I hate when UPS tries to deliver a package at my complex just because it’s gated they don’t try to go to the car box and put in the Partman number to call us what is lazy and tell them what to do on the call box at the gate, they don’t do it. I just lazy and not doing your job right that’s why I give it a one star for my radio. They have to wait till someone comes in. No you’re not calling in to say something they want directions to my apartment complex like I told the lady yesterday when I called in at 2 PM on May 13, 2023 and I said I cannot give me directions cause I don’t know what the delivery guys coming from and y’all should have it already. Y’all come here all the time but when the gates open they come through with no issues I want a car coming in no issues when they can’t get in without getting out of the car to get to the car box to put in our apartment number to call us and let them in it’s crazy they don’t want to do their jobs but it seems like at my complex. Do not want to do the job getting out the vehicle and going to the car box and it says it right down the call box for delivery people, yes I’m upset about it and I transferred it to be picked up at a store now and I got a wait for that information which is crazy not a happy camper here

  • My package appeared undamaged but when I opened it, it was evident how roughly it had been handled. The contents of the jar were spilled and the top was completely off.

  • They are incompetent, I paid a fast delivery and now they tell me that Monday and nobody does anything, they don't do their job well, I spend all morning and the driver never came, surely to be more efficient since they are so expensive

  • Awful service. I can't understand why Amazon stopped using DHL that was much better. It is unclear the delivery date, the approximate time of delivery.

  • Driver must call me if he’s not sure what building he’ll be dropping off my parcel. My parcel was too heavy for me to pick it up at your office, and I don’t have a car too.

  • It has taken weeks. Product was shipped from California made it to Washington where it was supposed to go to Port Angles but some how it has been sent to the east coast. Would think this company would now how to ship packages.

  • Can I give 0 stars? After paying lot of money ti send my package overnight, they couldn't deliver on time. I called to cancel the delivery and get back the package, because i did not needed in 2 days, ups were not able to do it. The package got delivered at the hotel after my friend checked out. Ups would not make a refund on my money and on the top of everything I need to pay again to get my package back. Please, think twice before you use UPS.
