it said that my package was delivered on may 18th but its may 23rd and i still havent gotten my package.

My package was just delivered on time, undamaged, and early on the day they said it would be here. I'm 64, and in all of the years I've had UPS deliveries, I've only ever had a problem maybe once or twice, and that's out of probably a couple hundred packages. I'd say they're at about 98% with me. Not bad at all!

my order has not been delivered for 1 month i have been waiting for a long time very bad service maybe it was lost or someone took it i checked the code but no response from 12-5 till now terrible terrible

My package was never delivered. I could've walked up to an old homeless person and gifted them the money that I gave UPS to dispose of my package. Completely ridiculous! After this, I will never recommend UPS for anything.

Your service is complete crap. First time I've attempted to have a small box of DVDs shipped to Mexico and not only did UPS NOT attempt to deliver it, but because they claimed it had the wrong address, it was disposed of.. yes, destroyed! Would've been better to just give that money to an old homeless woman.

Never on time wrong forms lost packages or few day late someone open the package, missing parts. Hi price.
