UPS IS THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE, NEVER KEEP YOU UPDATED ON WHERE YOUR PACKAGE IS. THEY NEED THE GREAT TRACKING SYSTEM THAT FED EX HAS, THEY ARE THE BEST.

The best Courier

I'm really to the point of a damn lawsuit now. Yesterday they came by said they had lost. It wasn't on the truck and told my husband that didn't have a tracking number. Call the company that sent it to me. Low and behold. There's a tracking number put that in on their website. It was supposed to be here by 7:00 today according to their website called them no call back. It's now 7:29 that damn debit card's got a lot of f****** money on it and they have lost it or stolen it not to mention their employees are not helpful. I'm not seeing a bit of help getting this card actually in my hand. I ordered it Monday. Paid $13.50 to have it fast track to me and it is now over 24 hours late because I ordered that thing first thing Monday morning. It is now Thursday at 7:30

$95.00 to overnight a less than 1pound small box from Cincinnati to Chicago!!!!! The price is RIDICULOUS!!!!! A one way airline ticket is cheaper!!!! FYI. it did get delivered the next day …. But $95.00??? COME ON!!!!

Fast and reliable.

UPS shoud be held accountable and pay a fee for late packages. Then they might try harder to deliver packages on time. Had to take off work to receive a deliver that didnt show. This is really unnecessary and its not a problem that cant be fixed.
