My parcel was not received and you reported to the sender that it was delivered. How can I locate where you delivered my parcel. For now my rebuy is very poor

Very bad service

Been using this location in Temple TX, for years no issues and great service.

They always get my packages to me in great shape and still in shipping pkg it came in! Ordered something else and it got sent thru USPS A

I am surprised b all the negative reviews - I have worked w UPS in business and personal shipped mail consistently for many years and don't remember ever having lost or damaged packages - occasional delay (?) probably (!). . . but expectations generally met or exceeded.

If I could have given one fewer star, I would have. The S should be removed for anything connected yo the Vancouver operation. In 33 years I have never seen such poor service and lack of caring for a customer. I recommend using any company other yhzn UPS!

Today 5/17/2023 I recievied a package from my sister inlaw. In this package were the ashes and some personal effects of my recently deceased brother. The box had been opened and a watch was stolen. I've been in the transportation for 30 years and this saddens me to see one of our top delivery companies have lowered there standards to allow this. This is the Las Vegas Colorado corridor which means they probably do their trailer swaps in Winslow AZ or there about. So, if you see a associate, line driver or a local driver who came up on a Nixon ask yourself this. What else have they stolen? I used to trust UPS. The pull tab on the box was still in tact, however the box was designed to fail upon alternative entry. Again, I worked in the industry and I used to have to re- coop freight so I know what to look for.

They delivered my package to the 'dock of Amazon in Dallas tx. PROBLEM IS Why?? I live about 1 1/2 hours South of Dallas. Package zip code is NO Where near dallas. Can't get a human on the phone. So now what??? No help and no Refund. Beware

i’m not sure but i’ve had good packages from ups

As a individual waiting to receive my purchase delivery by UPS is a horror. I have spent days waiting for my purchase after being told it would definitely be delivered. It appears there's little communication between between the their office & the actual driver in my area.

My daughter-in-law hasn't received her gift yet, she's been waiting for it for days! thanks UPS Toronto they are the most delayed in the state ???

I don't have a refund for this item, it's been days
