UPS reviews

It has taken weeks. Product was shipped from California made it to Washington where it was supposed to go to Port Angles but some how it has been sent to the east coast. Would think this company would now how to ship packages.

Can I give 0 stars? After paying lot of money ti send my package overnight, they couldn't deliver on time. I called to cancel the delivery and get back the package, because i did not needed in 2 days, ups were not able to do it. The package got delivered at the hotel after my friend checked out. Ups would not make a refund on my money and on the top of everything I need to pay again to get my package back. Please, think twice before you use UPS.

Ups service is frustrating, you are not time consistent at all, parcel that is supposed to be received in 5 days takes 15 to 19 days, work on your service

Next day air shipment delayed. It’s now “Next Day Air After Tomorrow” service! Don’t let this become a norm UPS!

So I'm going to get evicted cuz of y'all cuz y'all said weather condition and I paid for 2 days shipping from somebody else and now I got to wait till 7:00 in the afternoon I can't keep not going to work waiting on y'all

Zero stars because I've been waiting on my package for days I should be the first priority I ain't going to wait till 7:00 in the afternoon I got a job I ain't going to keep not going to my job waiting on y'all to come they'll put them in here yesterday so I should be here waiting by 8:00 9:00 in the morning and y'all should deliver

So far I'm not happy with UPS. Said delivered by 8pm tonight now saying by Saturday which is 4 days later. No explanation why my package is delayed.

Why do I have to set up an account in order to track my package?

Appreciate being able to look up status of package shipped and where abouts also nice to see if package was delivered to address for reference

I shipped out a package to Guinea Bissau since March 30th today is May 8 my package ? still walking ?‍♂️ not yet there wow this fantastic not only fast....

My stuff always comes in . The delivery drivers are always nice . they always make sure you now were your package is at all time .

BAD service,not respect appointment,not respect customer , always late for delivery.

They always do a good job they put it were it is dry and don't block the door ,Have a nice and safe weekend and week
