It has been 3 times that UPS doesn’t deliver our packages.

They lied saying that they were at my address but miss me. I was at home before 3:45 take away snow in my parking lot how can ups come at that time and couldn’t see me. Even I call they flatter me that they are going to call me so I can have my packages but none

With the amount of “porch pirate” incidents, it would be helpful if carriers would knock or ring to alert residents a package has arrived. I have a sign posted asking delivery people to use the Ring bell as I am home 24/7. I have yet to have a UPS delivery person do this.

My package should b here since yesterday n I haven’t still seen it, I’m so pissed right now ??‍♀️

Package was delivered while at work. I came home and it was in the grass by the building, not even at my door and it was sitting in the wet as it rained. Extremely disrespectful.

Awful service! My parcell should have been delivered within 4 days. After 5 days I called them, surprisingly, they had lost it. After 2 days investigation, it was found and they sent it. Too late! Because I had a flight to Turkey and never going to receive that parcell.

Ups has no ideal where my package is and info is not correct

Bouncing my tracking number around on different web pages. Says Tues Feb 14th but it's now thr 16th and I can't get a cleare understanding when it will come or where it's actually at.

Price gouging. Charged me to ship AND pick up. And my overnight $70 fee didn’t get it to me when I needed it, was delayed.

I ordered a Nike tech for $150 and it’s says delivered and it’s not here and I waited 15 days for this package and it never came

Parcel was guaranteed to arrive on Feb 14 Has been over 10 days and it’s in Illinois should have been in Texas yesterday at the latest!
