Recently placed a couple of orders and delivered to wrong address, even after contacting customer service. Just this pst week mailed a package from Bonita Springs, FL, to be delivered to Visalia, CA. Mailed on 9th, reached Jacksonville, FL. on the 10th. Tracking our package on Tuesday, package has not left as yet. Terrible service, which is inexcusable.

My package says delivered when I didn’t receive it yet after 10 days when usually arrives on the 3rd day

Brought to UPS access point but failed to say where the access point is located. Brilliant

Never on time stay in one place days. Even when the weather is good. It should have been a5 day delivery today is the 10th day!! Getting so tired of this

I appreciate these people. I would not want their jobs.

A worst Worst worst worst and the worst service I have ever seen i my whole life 2 times they cheated when we try to track my package by calling them there is just a recording we can’t talk to the representative when I call them it was on recording they ask for tracking number i told them tracking number then she ask for full tracking i gave full tracking then what sorry lets try to track another way was told by them and phone disconnected Every time they misplace the package after so many bad reviews too no improvement I think they don’t care about their customers and i am a big fool that i did same mistake and send my parcel through this fraud courier service

This is the most unprofessional thing ever, everyday I have been getting updates when my package will arrive just to be changed again this is so unacceptable behavior. I will make sure I never use UPS again.

A terrible service, packages are always late, the worst delivery service

Twice now UPS has not delivered my package to my house, even though they claim to have left them at my door. I am not impressed at all.

Terrible service. The parcel was out for delivery today and now I see they didn’t get the parcel at all??? WTF?

I should have received my package 4 days ago and ups keeps delaying when it shows they are closed by .

I have not received my order, although you say that it has already been delivered, but the tracking shows that it has not yet been delivered. Where is it and why do you note that it has already been delivered, when in fact it has not yet been delivered?!

I’ve lost 2 packages with them. One worth $3000 and the insurance return $100, it was a nightmare. Now, another one it says it was delivered but not pic and not package!

Terrible service. Tracking website is never current. Can't ever talk to someone at UPS. Pay for Express next day service and package doesn't show up.

It is very traumatizing to keep getting emails about a package but not finding it
