Package in SA for 2 days now. Tracking info says delivery tomorrow.. today is Monday… I’d give it a ZERO rate.tell me where it is and I’ll go get it.

My package arrived 3 days ago at the facility and it is still not being delivered. I paid for express shipping and it's been over a week. I got a different package from FedEx and it was delivered promptly

Ups used to be the best. Now as unreliable as the post office

Had an overnight package mailed Monday the 30th…it’s Thursday the 2nd and my package is still sitting in west Texas… I understand a weather delay but this is ridiculous

This is the worse, and incompetent company to send package, I didn't received my package and I received an email that it has been delivered??? now the also sent me a letter that I have to pay since amounts for item that I didn't received. ??????

UPS is not doing their job they were supposed to deliver my package today next day delivery and it's 11:08 and I still haven't received my package there for they should give a refund

I ordered a smart watch from Verizon twice an ups couldn't find my address

Package was supposed to arrive overnight air. It was supposed to arrive by end of day yesterday. Package contains materials for a big job which is now running late.

Don't do next day air (cost over $100)with UPS unless to you want it a week late. Yall getting worse uses. SHAMEFUL P.S. would do a 1/4 of a star if it was a option.

WORST service ever!! They delivered it to the wrong adress. No pictures for delivery proof.
