UPS reviews

How is it UPS is still in Business. Certainly some of the worst tracking along with poor service . Does anyone of your senior management ever read these reviews. When was the last time mgmnt shared any of the many poor reviews. I will ensure any further business which uses your services does not happen. UPS HAS LET ME DOWN FOR THE LAST TIME!

UPS customer service is horrible. The crap you go through to speak with a CSA is ridiculous. Not knowing where a shipment is . I seriously will not make any more purchases from Cabelas if they continue to use UPS. I AM SO ANGRY ABOUT THE WAY I WAS TREATED. SHAME ON YOU Ups.

Extremely unprofessional and careless staff,I supposed to receive my package on January 13, they asked me to do the paperwork by yourself, I did and submitted them I waited for five days I didn’t receive it, again I contact them ten times but still they didn’t communicate well. At the end of the day I made to wait for couple of hours in front of the door for the s….d crazy driver. Unfortunately, that was also there cheating he didn’t come and I just lost a lots of money and time because of their poorest services. I need to sue them! Shame on the company still while I am writing the review it asks about rate I am going to rate under zero your service doesn’t worth even a small star one star a lot for your services

I recieved my package only after casing down the ups driver who was walking up to the wrong house to leave my package.

Poor service, dropped my package off one week ago, and it is still at drop off store.

My parcels never get to me,VERY POOR SHIPPING SERVICE..

Order round toilet seat soft. I order 01/12/2023. Was supposed to be delivered 01/25/2023. Got notified package had been delivered today 01/20/2023. After researching the order was delivered in another town about 20 miles from my home. I will never accept UPS deliveries again.

Tracking shows that my package was delivered today, but it was not.

UPS delivered my package 3 states away in less than one day to the town where it should have been delivered. Twelve days later it has been halfway across the country and now back in the state it should have remained in. Waiting to see if it will be delivered to the correct address AND if so, will it be intact?

Next day delivered, when ground paid, great job Guys!

Really upset with UPS right now . Sent a package to my grand daughter and it was suppose to be delivered today . Was in the same town but got notice it is going to be late . She’s very upset she’s only 10 years old . Their scanning process is not correct !! Shame on UPS

My parcel is in PNG, POM for more than 24hours and no one has contacted my to do necessary clearance.

Suppost to be need to delivery on Friday 13 is Tuesday 17 02:00 pm and not receiving nothing yet Inthem are overnighting jajaja overnighting 5 days later but my company pay all rate
