UPS reviews

My experience so far has been good. Received my package on time and in some cases a day earlier so at least so far I don’t have anything negative to say.

My package went from GA to NC in less than one day, yet once it arrived in the correct town yet seems to have vanished prior to delivery destination. It’s been missing for 12 days with no explanation from UPS and no guarantee of replacement value reimbursement. Lesson learned.

Leave my parcel on the stop sign at the end of my street good chance my aunt saw it if not somebody else would have take it and I would have lost package and a100.00$not really impress with that cie Hope that i won’t have to deal with you anymore and give a good trainning to your driver Guess I won’t have any news from you

I paid extra for my package to be delivered on thurs and mon it’s still not here. It’s ridiculous when you pay for expedited shipping it should be on time!!

Worst Company UPS. Despatched on 10th Jan from US but no delivery news till today 16th January. Still stuck in the US . Only God knows when I shall receive the documents

Poor service..Dropped off last Mon Jan 11..suppose to arrive on the 12th..still has not arrived..Absolutely Ridiculous

Just happened to be tracking my package at the time it was delivered but i never got a text or email which they were supposed to send prior to my package being delivered. If it had of been stolen they would say that they're not responsible for it...timely delivery but very poor notification ?

Waiting for my shipment which was supposed to arrive yesterday ! Never an bc attempt was made, however, UPS claims that no one was available to take delivery & has rescheduled it !

We live a little out of town on a 2 lane highway. We have a long driveway so we have requested that Packages be brought to the garage. One driver does this, which is why the 3star rating. The other driver leaves packages out by the trash can no matter the time of day or type of weather.
