UPS reviews

System claims drive made multiple attempts to deliver on 1/9/2023 and that receiver was not home. RECEIVER WAS HOME. System claims to have delivered the package on 01/10/2023 - nothing there. It’s my granddaughter biggest Xmas gift. I am seriously irritated with UPS right now. If I could chose the shipper merchants use to send parcels to me it wouldn’t be UPS.

U.P.S should stand for U Probably Shouldn't.. Says online that it's delivered. Haven't gotten a text from updates I'm signed up for... Walk up driveway and it's tied to my mailbox in a plastic bag hanging for anyone to take.

UPS used to be great. Now however they are the worst in the business. Packages always late for no reason at all. People pay to have packages delivered on the date promised. With UPS it’s always late because of “OPERATING DELAYS”. A bunch of crock.

There is no reason why every time a package is shipped to me via UPS it’s always late

I know I can count on UPS to get orders to me, unlike Amazon.

You dropped a wrong package on my door and mentioned that my parcel has been delivered. I received a box of my neighbor at my place tell me what to do

Sorry to say that Amazon has a way much better record of delivery and service than UPS... I am still waiting for a package they say "Sorry there is a delay, Maybe you will get it soon. Translation.... We lost it and really don't care where it is now, so Good Luck.

Very poor tracking on my document

Can't arrive on time

The UPS Brickell Miami, the service is very bad. I walkout the store

Terrible service I waited all day for my package and it never arrived and it was no tracking number on it and it's terrible UPS is terrible

I was suppose to have medication delivered. UPS said it would be delivered last Tuesday, then UPS said it was rescheduled for Wednesday the 3rd. Today is January 9, 2023 and I still don't have my medication! Contacted UPS, they said that it was lost.
