UPS reviews

I have been waiting longer then a week for package information . No one seems to know. All UPS says is package is in Indianapolis. It has been there for days. Every day I get a message that it will be delivered that day. Of course it never is. I will try to avoid UPS from now on .

The drivers are lazy and dont want to deliver to the door then goes to the apartment office wayyy after hours saying they attempted to deliver my things when that was a lie and the didnt post the time they attempted just lazy and unprofessional and i paid for express shipping and its been a whole 7 days

I ordered my package long time ago and I still dont have it and I don’t know why

The package arrived without my pandora and it was open, it was stolen from your facilities. I would like to talk to someone

Why am I waiting so long for a package I ordered on Dec 22. I understand the weather may have delayed it a bit but this is crazy

Can’t reach them through phone. Gets directed to a site to register with my credit info. Seriously.

My package has been going back and forth between Wilmington Kingston Wilmington Kingston six times! Still no package! This for the last two weeks!

My package has been with UPS since 12.12.2022 which is supposed to be delivered by 22.12.2022 but untill now the package is still in a scan house in koeln.de scan house not even in my state yet. No contact No mail option As of now ,I cannot say anything is true about UPS, even though I see there Delivery Vehicle every morning. The company is not to be trusted, I am still waiting for my package hopefully before 31.12.2022.

Your delivery driver always leaves my packages at the wron address and throws my packages and broke my guitar amp

I ordered my stuff on 12/12/2022 and it was supposed to be here on 12/28/2022. And it just got shipped out on the 28th and idk when I’m going to get it.

It takes almost 5months to deliver one out of my 2 packages .pls let me know when the other package will be delivered

For what I paid for this parcel to be shipped..not ver happy it is taking so long

$6 to print the label when he could have scanned it on my cell phone

Help your Louisville, Kentucky branch handle severe weather. A package was ordered for overnight and has been sitting there for 3 extra days with no reschedule date ever sent. Hard to believe mo package has left that facility in that time.
