Ihad cookies sent to my daughter for her birthday. It should have only taken 4 days but 2 weeks later she finally got them?

Lousy Program... CANNOT Find Transport Vehicle Location. Doesn't Provide A "Reasonable" Delivery Time. Spend LOTS of Time Just WAITING for Delivery, AS IF U Don't Have a Life & Work a Job. Would Use ANY OTHER Service that Provides a BETTER Tracking Program/System; and, Provides a BETTER Delivery Tracking that is LIVE.

Don’t use “Z’s” in the tracking numbers. I typed in “2” several times before I realized what I thought was a 2 was actually a Z!

I ordered an item from Amazon that states it was delivered but was not delivered to the address stated specifically. Apparently the item was delivered to somewhere in no when it should have been sent to Long Island New York

It’s worst delivery service. They always lie they tries to deliver something. We were waiting several days the courier. Nobody came and rang. But in status they say they tried.

Ordered my package Dec 24 it was suppose to be here today 1/5/23. UPS according to their system they haven’t even gotten it yet. Great service. Fedex is so much better then these idiots.

Very very bad service

Not only they’re a day late without warning or notification, but did not even leave my parcel in front of my door, not at all impressed, i will not order anything to be delivered by them.

Highly disappointed!! It’s taken 10 days for UPS to deliver my package I’m literally 8 mins from the main distribution center, it’s been sitting at the facility since Dec 30.. usually takes 3 days for packages I get regularly from the sender

Always good service. Some times packages are left out in the weather when there are other options. Overall the service is excellent.

Delivers to wrong address even if address is posted clearly

Not impressed at all, just a letter it has taken two weeks...from nigeria something dhl did in 3 days
