From 3 days our parcel ls lying in Bengaluru airport

On times delivery.Good service

Their internet is super NOT user friendly and they charge HKD200 (HKD40 per order) which is not acceptable. Please improve or will change to other courier servie (e.gDHL, Fed-EX).

Please send my package, i already pay more

Says delivered 4 hours ago. Can't find it. When I use package tracking function, says package is 10 miles away and has never been near me.

Really July 30th updated saying the package was delivered on the 25th of July at 4:55am really this is crazy better find it

Horrible. They lost my package finally after days of telling me that it's omits way

I have not received my packages since 3 weeks now

My package has been in the same place for 1 1/2 weeks. I even paid more for faster delivery. No one does there job properly anymore. It is so pathetic

Horrible I don't recomend this company. I wait an important package of the government, and go to my home 2 times, and no even press my ring bell, and leave a note that return more later, but I have to go to work, and live alone, and nobody can receive my package, and they don't leave in the Office, for then I go for the package. Bad company, that don't have keys of the building, for go in, and leave the package.

My package has been at ups every since July 20 and i still have not received it yet so sad

if this is the ups for real site, it is a shame

I have already paid for my order and will NOT be paying $2 more for you to find the missing parcel! The audacity!

Still have not receiv3d my package and its been 9 days since it originated at post office. Pathetic service.

Wish I could leave a 0 review my package went from Atlanta to Chicago . It was supposed to go to Canada. Delivered in Chicago which is a 4 day drive from where I am . The worst service I have ever used . Will NEVER use this service again .
