  • Delivery of overnight package at 10 pm at night , really ??

  • was supposed to get a package but it was transfered to usps with no tracking so that I have to wait until the end of day @ 10 pm to get it!

  • In all fairness situations do occur that are beyond control of the local delivery drivers. However having worked for UPS I know enough of the behind the scene stories to understand how packages can get delayed. I always have a cold drink for the drivers though because 99.9% of the time it's not their fault if a package gets delayed.

  • Sent me a notification every day for the last 12 days saying they would be delivering that day. This continued even when they knew it was stuck in customs. Capped it all by sending me (rather than the sender) an email asking me to fill in a lengthy form giving clearance details. A tracking system that sends out unreliable information is not as they claim - great! They seem incapable of getting anything right.

  • It was sent a message saying it my package was loaded on the truck and shipping. Yet it still shows it’s at the place where it was loaded at. How!? Is it on the way or not!?

  • I’m confused I use to get my packages less the 11 days. Now my packages go around the world then just to have sitting in customs? Had a hard time trying to find out where it is. No phones to contact straight… can’t stand UPS …

  • Your tracking information is TERRIBLE it doesn’t tell you anything You never send updates even though I am registered for updates. How dose this company stay in business with such a TERRIBLE RECORD. Absolutely no customer satisfaction.

  • Absolutely horrible. They stated time and date twice but they did not show at those times. I work from home, my window faces the street. They did not show. I tried to return the package anyway and they wanted to charge my credit card. How do I give 0 stars?
