Same comment as the last person, no update for the past 10 days, really? Are we back to the pony express era? What a joke!!

This courier is slow its been 6 days still my courier in india. No updates not even move from courier place. Usually other courier with 2 or 3 days will get the parcel from India to Australia.

Very poor service .. when you missed a delivery which requires signature, you have no way to find out when the next delivery date will be. For a package that requires signature they don't even send u a time window. U need to stay home for a whole day and still miss the delivery.

You guys delivered on before the scheduled time. Good job.

I think it's ridiculous that my package starts in Seattle goes to Tacoma, then back to Seattle, then flies to Kentucky, where it is now stalled I live in Oklahoma, I guess I'm considered flyover country. It's irrational not be able to edit this post.

Really hassle-free service from UPS and partner World first couriers. Packet has reached to California from Hyderabad without any delay and damage. Thank you UPS.

It's a nice courrier service, the parcel delivered almost intime even flights were delayed/cancelled due to technical problems in network etc

Been in warehouse 5 days now. Every day they scan it then nothing. Just put it on a truck and deliver already

The AI could not figure out what I said about the tracking number, and asked me again and again to repeat it, make me crazy. Is there anything they can do to improve the system?

Dropped my package at UPS on Monday. Package was taken from me at the door, no receipt given and the package still shows label printed (by me) but not yet received by UPS It’s Thursday now. I could have taken the package to Alberta and back by now. This is a return for replacement item. I have little faith that I will ever see my replaced item. Not impressed.

Tracking says delivered , yet it's still in Chicago USA that's a loonngg way from newfoundland Canada . If I want to pick it up it's a 4 day drive , it was only 3 days drive to pick it up when it origated . Very poor service will not be using ever again .
