I think it's a bit absurd that my package hasn't moved at all, it's almost been a week.

Your service is immensely useless, imagine I sent the parcel from Windhoek to South Africa on 10 July and now we’re on 23 July, and still not yet delivered. You’re going to lost more customers due to your poor service. Trust me.

I paid $140 for fast delivery They had to deliver my package 20 July at 5pm But it still on transit in Phoenix Worst experience. I will never use ups again!!!!!!!! Very bad

Very disappointed with the service. I used the rescheduling service 4 days before the scheduled delivery. I was given the new confirmed delivery date and time (Friday between 11:30 and 3:30) and took the day off work, losing a day’s pay in order to be home to receive the package which never arrived. After much hunting I managed to find a phone number that allowed me to speak with a real person instead of a recording and voiced my disappointment. I was told that the day was changed and that my new delivery date was now on Monday. Now I have to make arrangements to be at home again to receive my package. Very poor customer service. Would give a zero if I could.

The worst service I have ever encountered. Trying to call their customer service is a real joke , if you think your going to speak to an actual person think again. I would recommend any other service but them. When trying to track my package it now says it was delivered I don't know where but it wasn't here. Checked again it now says out for delivery which means absolutely nothing.
