$6 to print the label when he could have scanned it on my cell phone

Help your Louisville, Kentucky branch handle severe weather. A package was ordered for overnight and has been sitting there for 3 extra days with no reschedule date ever sent. Hard to believe mo package has left that facility in that time.

Ordered 3 pair of UGG slippers for my kids on the same day and all were suppose to be delivered on 12/23. One pair was delivered. The other pair was suppose to be delivered today. They are still states away from us and no updates. Still saying expected delivery today. Makes no sense how they all didn’t come at once since it was a same day same Website order

I paid over $300 for next day air delivery and my package is still sitting in their hub in Louisville Kentucky. Been sitting there 4 days now. When I call they say sever weather was to blame although all day long Amazon and dsl and FedEx have been running up and down the road. UPS are thieves and liars and their money back guaranteed delivery and refund is a joke. All they have to save is sever weather or delayed flight and they’re in the clear. And they use foreigners for customer service (NO IM NOT BEING JUDGMENTAL) but they use these people who can’t speak English well to further discourage you and frustrate you so you’ll give up trying to get your money back. If the temperature drops below 40 degrees it’s sever weather for ups. They’re cheats liars thieves and dishonest crooks.

Order a Christmas gift in November. It was suppose to arrive December 10th. Order a second gift in December that was scheduled to arrive December 23rd. I haven’t received either. SMH Worst service ever.

Pd for 2 day air. Pkg reached Ft Worth Fri 23rd. Still not delivered 26th. Was for family Christmas Day brunch! Not acceptable. Made it thru all the weather from Kansas. But UPS Ft Worth couldn’t get it a few more miles. Done with UPS!

I paid $230.09 for next day delivery. (xmas present for my family). They NEVER delivery my stuffs. This is very BAD service. I am making a claim.

I have always found UPS delivery to be excellent . They always bring packages to either front or rear door and leave packages on step outside the door. Very helpful when you have a hard time walking. Thank You UPS

I been sending packages from them and receiving never have problems.I lost once and immediately take care of it.Things happen and pls stop blaming them for everything.I know Customer is always right but that’s not true.

Waste of time.. they don’t even ring the doorbell the post man just takes the package and just takes it with him again . Even after clear instructions to leave it at a neighbors. Absolut morons!
