801104834734876386 Package was suppose to be received on 12/20/2022. It appears it is lost.

Very disappointed. My package was lost in Jacksonville, FL and no information is available. Nobody to talk to and nobody responsible. Give me a break! What kind of business is that ?

Always accurate always easy to use always polite

If I could give Negative stars I would. These people are completely useless. I missed my package twice. I called both days I missed it, and asked them to contact the driver and come back. The phone operator is all "yes sir, yes sir" but nothing ever gets done. Sh!Trieste customer service I've ever had. They don't care about anything. And can barely understand their accents over the phone.

It's interesting that I receive 20-30 deliveries a month from shippers with no issues, except for UPS. UPS seems to have a standard response to a late delivery: "The shipment may be delayed due to an incorrect address". Bogus. The package address is 100% correct and the same address all other shippers seem to have no issue with. Also like my past UPS experience, I then receive a UPS notice: "Customer was not available when UPS attempted delivery", from which I must surmise that the driver couldn't be bothered to buzz when delivering to an apartment. This is also completely bogus as I waited all day for the delivery with no call. Please Vendors do not use UPS unless you want to lose your customer.

Paying too much money

I ordered my products in Kenya in summer and I paid 30 euro and now they want 72 euro for what?

This is nothing more than a bunch of scam artists who steal money for big business.

Absolutely horrendous for delivery status updates. Been waiting for my package since November 18. All it tells me is it’s “on the way” and in Canada. Canada is a huge country I would like to at least know what province it’s in. I’m sure I won’t be getting this package before Christmas.

They answered the phone and then hang up the phone, and when you call them back they let the phone ring.

Cannot get help in locating my package.

On Friday & Saturday a was at al day waiting for a package, they came to deliver it, but don't knock the door or ring the bell. They just left a paper saying the attempted to deliver it but no body was at home. That's not true. I'll be here all day today waiting 4 the package, I hope they ring the bell

My order is so late coming in

Sent package to Steens MS on 12/8/22. It says that delivery was tried 3 times but no one for a signature. It did not require signature!! Christmas gifts. 8 can not get any info on where it has gone to. The driver there throws stuff in the ditch, leaves packages at end of driveway in the rain! Gas fireplace left at end of their driveway last week in the rain. Box and fireplace are ruined. So UPS will be paying for that one. But where is mine????

I sent one parcel to Hannover Park, IL on 12th Dec, 2022. As of to date still not reached to the recipient! This is the 3rd faced such problem with UPS.
