Your drivers need to be more visible when there out of there truck Your drivers cannot be seen with what they wearing they need more reflective devices on their clothing your drivers are going to get hit and it’s gonna be your fault with the holiday and the weather your drivers need to be safe please give them better clothing

Unfortunately, they are working terrible at the UPS Store at Miami. I sent 2 packages to Gainesville TOGETHER. It's bien almost a week & only 1 package has arrived. The logística donde make sense. They need to be more profesional. Your reputation is very los at this point. From now one I'll go with FedEx.

This is the worst company I have ever had to miss fortune of dealing with!!!!

Absolute garbage. Shipping was more than the $200.00 item. Charged me a fortune in duty. Then they delivered to the wrong house. I had to search down the street and found it on another porch. No apology. Nothing. Just garbage service. Never again.

My stuff are supposed to come last Friday but they couldn’t come or something and my stuffs are supposed to come TODAY and they canceled again

Terrible service I'VE GOT NOTHING BUT LIES UNBELIEVABLE HE SAID THEY DELIVERED IT TO MEXICO TRACKING AND THEN I HAD THE BANK TRACK THE MAIL THEY SAID IT WAS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS WHICH WAS ALIVE THEN I CALLED UPS THEY DIDN'T UNDERSTAND ENGLISH THEN I GET SOMEBODY TO TALK TO HIM IN SPANISH THEN THEY SAY THEY ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER IT WRONG ADDRESS I'M RIGHT NEXT TO THE PRESIDENTIAL PALACE IT IS ONLY ONE MEXICO CITY HOSTEL WHAT IS SO HARD ABOUT THIS THIS IS RIDICULOUS LAST TIME I HAD TO WAIT 2 MONTHS TO GET MY MAIL

I'm in Mexico from USA UPS got them mail to Mexico airport and then everything went downhill took 2 months to get a letter last month this month disaster again said they attempted delivering it then said address wrong I'm right next to the presidential Palace a hostel easy to location DHL beats UPS all the hell... Just like United States Post office a disgrace, I give the address they say oh I can't fit that address on it ,grr4rrrrrrr then another said it was delivered to my house but UPS says it was in Mexico City so who's lying then???? They have to resend it out again new mail for my bank now again I'm sitting and waiting... It took 2 months to receive mail from my bank from USA to Mexico and bouldering country easy and then I had DHL sends paperwork from Mexico to Philippines my lawyer had it in Philippines in 2 days DHL whoops all over UPS

The tracking reads delivered but I got nothing

They just give your packages to people don't ask them for id drop packages on the ground and walk away i have numerous claim right now.

Always delivered safe and on time

The service is so slow!

Package was send back almost a week a go and still not reached their destination and on top of that something happened I can't get information of what's going on!
