My 28kg package been sitting on the top of Community. For like me 75years old lady, it’s really difficult to take it to home. I don’t know from when the package no longer place in front door. There also has small packages at top of mailbox. Anyone pass by can take it. I really hope UPS can fix this.

UPS is usually good at delivering my meds, but this time, when it was antibiotics and important, you failed miserably. You are better than this. Get your people to pay attention and properly ship products. I had to wait 2 extra days for my medicine. They sent it to Seattle instead of Portland. Dummies.

Not good at all. I did a Chat to get a time frame as to When UPS would pick up my package, Pearl on the Chat sent me to a link for an computer expert which required me to complete a form asking for my credit card information and charging me $1. Why am I being charged a Dollar to find out when they will pickup my item? I tried calling, that was worst, the message Robot, could not understand my tracking number therefore I couldn't speak to a Human at UPS because the Message Robot could not understand. HORRIBLE!!

Very very low process: dropped off 21/28/2022 from Merrimack, NH, today is 12/08 package still in Nashua, NH ( a few miles next town) !!!!!!!

It took 5 days to deliver a package to DECATUR, GA. approximately 400 miles from shipping in Savannah,GA. A PACKAGE sent by using UPSon the same day from the same city to Mooresville, NC took 3 days. As of 12- 8-22 the package sent to DECATUR, GA. still hasn't been delivered.
