Very poor! Notification that my delivery was to happen on Monday December 5th. No delivery… it’s been 2 days now with the same message but with a different date. It is now the 7 th and still waiting for a delivery that was to happen now for 3 days in a row now!!!Will check before I order anything again if delivered with UPS.

Terrible service. Tracking does not work

I been dealing with a package delivered for a week now they keep telling me that the package was sent to post office the post office has no record of it I was supposed to have the package by December 2 no package yet ever time I call and talk to someone it's different story how can a company lie so much just be honest and say you lossed it

Never any they don't come to you door or Any updatesThe worst company there is they deserve a one star

The worst delivery company and it’s not even close , over and over I get false dates and lies . I will never buy from any company that uses ups ever again

SO SLOW AND SO EXPENSIVE？

I had made purchase of one Eslinga, I was supposed to get the package on monday december 5th,2022 but then on sunday december 4th,2022 i got a notification saying that it had already been deliver at the mail box, so When went to get the package at the mail box but then I notice that there was no package.

Delivered within 18 hours of dropping off; have never had an issue with UPS deliveries.

Frozen food shipped 11 23, delivered 12 3 spoiled. They tried to deliver to a house 300 feet from mine then took it back to warehouse. Phone # on shipping label. Never called. 0 stars!!!!

Took my package to an ups store, checked on delivery and it says “shipment cancelled”. I did not cancel anything and no one knows where the package is. It was a return so that money and the $52 postage is lost. Customer service was clueless. I’d like to file a claim but it’s not allowed at this point!

I had a package that was supposed to be delivered on 12-2-22. We was home all day. Driver said we wasn't home. I watched him pass my house 4 times... I finally caught him today, said he didn't deliver yesterday because there are dogs in the neighborhood...
