Trusting ups is the worst decision anyone would make no respect towards your product or you they don’t care about delivering your product on time and never in control of the situation

Paid 80 for overnite delivery of 1 kg pkg 90 miles away and 4 days later still not delivered...I managed to get pkg back but I also want full refund...NEVER USE UPS AGAIN...

Would give 0 stars if possible. UPS didn't even bother to attempt delivery even though shipper promised delivery to the door. Worst courier of all of them.

Horrible horrible horrible. Second package not delivered

Worst experience ever, they called me using "unknown" number claiming I didnt pick up that they were returning my package to their facility, why even would a business courier call using a hidden number. The woman was even very rude and unprofessional!

Second got the same thing delivered and it was never delivered.. why does it keep saying delivered when it was never delivered I'm getting really Pd off at this point

TERRIBLE. Claimed my packages delivered - had me and my bf looking for his birthday present on his birthday when it said it delivered November 25th. His birthdays today. A wasted of effing time.

Why haven't I received my order

It's say delayed due to weather but the streets are clear. It's been delayed for 2 days due to weather but there is nothing wrong with weather

I didn’t receive my parcel at all..though it did sent message I received it… worst service and big liar

Worst service ! Tracking not updated and it took 3.5 weeks to deliver a parcel and more than a week to deliver the package from service office to destination for a one hour drive distance! Ups should look into it!
