I am rating UPS with a 1 because it is the lowest score permitted. I ordered an item from Bath England. Air transport had it in St. John's NL within two days, via USA. it took gtound transport 8 days to deliver it 600 kms. They tried to deliver it twice at an incorrect address. Because a customs charge had to be collected they could not 'just drop it off'. Each day I would track their progress. When it couldn't be delivered I checked the address and noted that the shipping address had been modified. I went through all the notifications, each time verifying the address. It was correct until UPS got involved. They added an extra line in the address which included a different city. I spoke with the retail store in Bath England (email) and gave them a great review on their product. I also told them that I would not be purchasing any other items unless I could be assured that UPS was not involved in the shipping.

Terrible, absolutely bloody awful. UPS from Morocco and more than half of the extremely expensive pottery arrived Broken into pieces. Even though it was well packaged and marked fragile they still managed to Break so much.

To bad I cannot rate 0 stars. I wonder why anyone would still using their services. None of my packages shipped with UPS arrived at destination

UPS is the worst. The drivers leave packages anywhere they feel like and call them delivered. I've had my packages end up in nearby towns, other states, someone's home with the same last name...UPS, you should be embarrassed

Delivery time and details not accurate, delivery attempt was not made at all, however claiming the receiver was not available

They say my package has been delivered but I do not have. UPS is unreliable

They don't give you any information where you parcel is always the same answer and if you want to know you got to pay that's wrong

Still waiting for my package no one to call it’s been on transit since November 18. Where’s my package

They “forgot” to scan the package that I sent out to the buyer. Then the package never showed up at her place. Looked unprofessional on me. Unreliable.

I live in Northern California foothills. I absolutely HATE when I see my packages successfully reach Sacramento, then are shipped out of state to Oregon or Washington, sometimes shipped eastward to Kentucky or Ohio someplace, then finally re-routed back to California. This shipping error happens a lot, which results in my packages often taking days longer than necessary to finally reach my home. I also hate how roughly my packages are treated along the way. Some packages have been badly damaged or crushed to the point of breaking many lovely glassware, dishes & beautiful figurines Ive ordered to decoratecmy home. Maybe these events happen when careless employees who are generally unhappy with UPS, dont respect the labels "FRAGILE!" or "HANDLE WITH CARE", or "THIS SIDE UP" or ITEMS ENCLOSED" labels have BREAKABLE CONTENTS " has been stamped or written in big red letters on packages."

They say my package was delivered yesterday and I haven't even received it yet

I have been waiting since 1 November for my refund. My supplier is waiting for Ups in order to refund me hay I'm not happy with the way they treat people with their money so not gonna use them again

the package was an hour and a half from my house and then it shows up at thirteen and a half hours from my house I don't understand

The most terrible company I have ever dealt with. How do they stay in business? I paid 80 dollars Friday for overnight delivery of a change of clothes because I was in the hospital and was expecting my pkg Saturday. On Sunday I was informed not to expect delivery before Monday. I will be going home Sunday...WYF...I say WTF...what kind of loser outfit is this ???

Was told my package was delivered Nothing was received Now I have to file a claim-ON MONDAY when I’m suppose to be at work!
