Service is terrible my aunt post something to me since the 20th of October it is not here in guyana as yet terrible terrible service

Paid $95 to have package overnighted. Should have delivered Tuesday the 1st of November. Still hasn’t arrived and UPS customer service has been no help at all. Package was a key fob to a rental car and we are being charged daily for a car that is sitting in the driveway. No company will make a key because it is rental and we don’t own car. Such a mess and UPS has not helped one bit!!! I will never use UPS again.

So Bad Service or lets say Performance, never in my life I will order something werden UPS is the deliverer! I dont know how this company is able to survive whith such Bad performance

Absolutely the worst experience trying to get my package. They kept saying that they were going to try redelivery to my house, but never showed up. Then they said it was at a UPS store, I went to the store and the person there said they never received any packages that day. Next day, they told me to go to a distribution center with a customer service window. When I got there, there was a sign on the door that the center was closed due to computer problems. I don't know how this company stays in business

Excellent service in my area. Post office us horrible and loses packages constantly. Love when the company I am dealing with is using UPS....I know I will not only receive the package, it will be fast! Keep up the great work.

Paid a premium price on Tuesday for delivery the next day......it arrived 4 days later! Did NOT get the service I paid for. ☹️

When there is difficulty in delivery, the driver or staff does not make their effort to make the delivery, sucede as calcina the customer.

Very bad service.not recommended.waiting for my parcel for 12 days.not sure to receive.they are repeating the same bla bla.always in customs clearence.worst parcel service.

the worst parcel service! mediocre company, they always wait for the last day to deliver the package! if you're lucky and they don't mark a delay.

12.45pm got an email said unable to send the package because there is no one homes. Hello. Its state clearly its a factory. Service so slow.
